After the Storm

This was taken on my Android when my Canon had failed me last summer. This was shot right at the end of the “magic hour”. I was struggling to get in a shot and just started snapping away hoping to get all I could in the few minutes I had left. It’s such an unusual feeling to walk on the beach during low tide like this. People in the distance seem to be walking on water. Ever since I started getting more into photography I’ve seem some pretty cool pictures from people who put the camera as low as they could and had it on a timer, they walked a few feet in front of the camera and with some contrast and saturation control, the picture comes out like something surreal. As I said before, you don’t really need a lot of editing if you can learn to take a picture using what nature provides and understanding angles. This picture was using stock camera and I adjusted the exposure and contrast.
